3. How do I connect smart watch with smart phone?

Step 1: After downloading “V Band” app, you need to go to the Bluetooth setting of the phone and pair the watch.

Step 2: Open “V Band” to click on “My Watch” at the bottom, find “To add device” at the top and choose your smart watch with exact model no. to connect in the listing.

Step 3: If the smart phone has bound other smart watch, please unbind the previous smart watch before rebinding.

4.Why is the Bluetooth failing to connect?

There are a few possible causes to this problem.

1) Please ensure you have the latest version of the “V Band” app;

2) Make sure the Smart phone Bluetooth is switched ON;

3) Make sure your Smart watch is within 10 meters of your Smart phone.

5. How do I change watch faces on my smart watch?

Personalize your smart watch with our library of smart faces. The smart watches itself has some default options and the V Band APP has an additional option to create your own custom watch face.

To change your watch face:

Step 1: With your smart watch nearby, open V band APP on your phone.

Step 2: Find the “watch faces library” at the bottom;

Step 3: Choose your preferred design from category;

Step 4: To create your own watch face, please click on “Wall face library” and find “custom background”, then you can select from your photo album on your phone or take phone to create watch faces instantly.

6. Can I have 2 watches connected at the same time?

You are only able to connect one device at any one time to the APP, but you can switch between the devices.
